  • What is it that is causing you to answer 'Yes' to any of the above questions? (I suggest that you write a list to help clarify your thoughts).
  • How is this affecting your enthusiasm, you ability to bounce out of bed in the morning or just be you all the time? How does this affect your relationship with others, your current stress levels, health and wellbeing?
  • What would happen if you were to continue with the same situation and do nothing about it? What would your life look like, sound like or feel like in 6 months time? How much would it cost you in 2 to 3 years, in terms of finance or your own health, through worry, stress, anxiety or burn out?
  • If you could make changes to your life right now, how different would your life be in 2-3 years time? What would you see yourself doing differently, or be saying to yourself that would be different? How much would that be worth to you, to begin moving towards a life which you really wanted and were motivated by?
  • If you engaged with a coach, who was willing to help you get clear on what you wanted and provide you with resources to get you there, how would you like your life to be different in 3 months time?


Coaching is not therapy or counselling. It is a way of getting you to move towards a life which you want and away from a life which you don't want.

What will happen to me in a coaching session?
 
I am an experienced master coach and a natural, non-judgemental, objective listener. When you have your first one to one session with me, I will skilfully take you through a series of leading, and sometimes challenging questions, to help bring clarity to your situation.
 
I am a master on helping you establish a clear direction for yourself and will open you up to new possibilities to getting there, using skills and knowledge which you probably didn't know you already had.
 
At the end of the session, we will have clarity on your situation and we will agree to a set of tasks for you to complete to help you move forward before the next arranged session.
 
The answers that you are looking for lie within you. When you engage with me as a coach you will be guided through a set of questions, which will help you find the answers that you are looking for.  You can expect to receive the following services:

How many sessions will I need?

 
I will work with you either through face to face or telephone coaching. The number of sessions you decide to receive will depend very much on your individual situation. In between each session I will maintain contact with you via email, to make sure that you keep up the momentum that you need. If you choose to receive face to face or telephone coaching, the email service is free of charge.

What will is cost me and where do the sessions take place?

The venue will depend on what is most convenient for you.  Prior to our meeting, we can agree on the best location for the both of us to meet - either in central Sheffield, in my own home or at your home.

I charge £40 per hour for life coaching sessions.  Book 5 sessions for £175 (£5 discount per session).
